Immediate vacancy for a HR Info Systems Business Analyst (12 months contract).

Our client, a powerhouse in the Finance industry, have requirements for a HR Info Systems Business Analyst to join their team immediately.
Your new role
Your main responsibility will see you working closely with HR process owners to implement and roll out an enterprise wide global HR system as well as to review and streamline business processes. You will be in involved in project activities from documentation and test preparation to data migration and deployment. You will also support the execution of change management activities and end user training.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will possess a good degree in Business or Computing discipline. With at least 5 years of relevant experience, you will be familiar with the Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology and have a strong understanding of HR business processes and functional knowledge. Knowledge or experience with SAP Success Factors and PeopleSoft HR, HR data management will be of added advantage.
