Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Conduct internal training
Monitor and track issues and fixes
Prepare project documentation such as user manuals etc
Liaise with Business Users on test results and receive feedback
Liaise with development team for improvement and rectification
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Diploma / Degree with at least 1 year of UAT experience in a Bank / Insurance firm
Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a Senior role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Able to perform under an tight timeframe
Immediate availability will be highly preferred
