Patient Service Associate, Call Centre (6-month contract)
To provide excellent customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in the Call Centre Appointment Services section.
To interacting with customers and core responsibilities include responding to customer requests to make/reschedule appointments, and enquiries on appointment related issues, in a timely and accurate manner.
To meet productivity and quality standards.
Minimum GCE 'O'/'N' Level qualification
Customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Required to work on 2 rotational shifts (morning & afternoon) and half day (morning) on weekends
